As the founder of Best Bite Nutrition, I provide one-to-one nutritional and lifestyle counseling to help you achieve health and balance by eating a whole foods-based diet.

We’ll start with an initial (complimentary) 15-minute call. We’ll get to know each other, talk about your goals, and discuss at a high level any conditions or challenges you might be facing. Then, we can zero-in on which of my services would be the best fit for your needs.

I also provide personalized dietary assessments, meal plans, home pantry clean-outs, grocery shopping excursions, in-home cooking demos and classes for individuals and families, as well as courses for elementary school students.

Do you want to learn how to eat healthier? Maybe drop a few pounds? Or perhaps you’d like some help creating new, healthy habits? I’ve got you!

Hi, I’m Stacey

Holistic Nutritionist & Nutrition Consultant

Early on, I knew I wanted to help the people I cared about feel great and live their happiest, healthiest lives. After graduating from Temple University with a BA in Psychology, I went to work in a psychology department at a private facility for dually diagnosed, behaviorally challenged children, teens, and adults. Ready to grow my skills, I left to continue my education at Villanova University and graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science degree in Counseling & Human Relations. Next, I ventured into medical, pharmaceutical, and tech sales and spent many years forming successful partnerships with my clients.

Eventually, I felt the time was right to put my lifelong passions for food, cooking, and nutrition to good use helping others, so I left the corporate world to pursue a certificate in Nutritional Consulting at Bauman College. This step transformed my life! Today, as a Nutritional Consultant, I love helping my clients make the positive changes in their lives that build their health and overall happiness.

I’m lucky to work with a variety of clients, and I love working with women’s hormone issues, particularly during perimenopause and menopause, as well as creating strategies for reducing overall inflammation in our bodies as we age. I’m personally invested in each of my clients, and I stay up to date on the latest research. Sometimes I even get published myself! I’m always eager to grow my knowledge, and I’ve taken Herbal Wellness Classes at the California School of Herbal Studies through SHED/Homefarm. I am passionate about helping people feel their best through personalized, holistic nutrition; delicious food; and realistic lifestyle management.
